Next year will be very important – it is the 20. anniversary of the project of internships in the Parliament and the 10. anniversary of the project of internships in local governments. We decided to summarize our results, analyze the capacity of the NGO, define our priorities and new activities.

We received a grant for organizational development (with such elements like the program of strategic development, communication and fundraising strategies).

According to this project we made: assessment of institutional capacity, development of the changes' strategy (which should provide the long-term sustainability), we understood and focused on our competitive advantages, developed the strategy of productive communication with the external environment and our customers.

On this basis we are developing our new fundraising and communications strategy for 2016-2019.
We believe that the combination of organizational capacity assessment methodology (OCA, Pact) and basic methods of organizational strategies development will give us tools for effective change management.
