EU Information Support for Libraries for Children and Youth in Ukraine
The project helps regional libraries for children and youth, rayon libraries and libraries in the hromadas of Ukraine to obtain information materials and publications of the EU Delegation in Ukraine; participate in training on EU-Ukraine cooperation; get support in conducting thematic public events in libraries and the community.
Problem Analysis for Psychological and Social-economic Adaptation and Integration of Female IDPs in Hosting Communities (Vinnytsia, Lviv and Kyiv regions)
The research was conducted in November-December 2016 for the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine in the framework of project “Addressing Conflict-related Threats to Social Security in Ukraine” implemented at the request of and in partnership with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
Presentation of regulations (developed by students) on public expertise of local governments’ resolutions, on transparency and openness of local governments, on public hearings, on the village headman, on the e-petitions etc.
2nd session of the project “Youth among IDPs: help yourself and others resolving urgent problems” on 3rd - 5th of August 2015 in Vinnytsa.
This project includes 5 three-day training for youth from among the IDPs and is realized by YA with the support of Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine. According to the results of monitoring of Kharkiv region there is ca. 182.000 internally displaced persons (IDP) and big part of them are young people who study at different institutions of higher education.
